About Us

Many of the women I work with are successful on the outside but overwhelmed inside, carrying anxiety, self-doubt, and pressure no one else sees. Past experiences and constant overthinking leave them exhausted and unsure how to feel genuinely at ease.

I help high-achieving women in California calm their nervous systems, heal unresolved trauma, and break free from perfectionism. Through EMDR, ACT, and mindfulness, I offer a warm, structured space to create more confidence, clarity, and inner peace.
